Adeyemi Gafar

Adeyemi Gafar (also known as Yemi Gafar) is the Chief Financial Controller and CFO of Femab Properties Limited, a position he has held since 2013. With over a decade of financial leadership in the real estate sector, he focuses on redefining the African real estate and infrastructure industry. His expertise spans financial management, US GAAP, IFRS, financial audits, budgeting, and SEC filings. Prior to Femab Properties, he served as Audit Senior at Toptech Engineering Ltd from 2009 to 2013. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University (1999-2003) and has extensive experience in accounting, consolidation, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. His goal is to make Femab Properties a dominant force in the industry and improve the real estate sector's contribution to Nigeria's economic growth.
