Andrew Garza is a digital health executive and entrepreneur focused on democratizing healthcare access in emerging markets. He co-founded Lifestores Healthcare in Nigeria in 2017, serving as COO and later CEO until stepping back in late 2024. The company built digital infrastructure to transform access to quality, affordable primary healthcare across Africa. Currently, he serves as Interim Senior Programme Manager for Innovator Support at Health Innovation Network South London. Previously, Andrew was a consultant at Bain & Company in South Africa and Nigeria, and held senior roles at CHI Pharmaceuticals Limited. He is also co-founder of Titagya Schools in Ghana, a social enterprise focused on early education. Andrew holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Haverford College.
