Andrew Quao is a pharmacist, public health professional, and serial entrepreneur based in Ghana. He holds an MPH from Dartmouth Medical School (2010) and studied pharmacy at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST). He currently serves as Founder of Rigelis Inc. (since August 2022), developing an All-In-One OS for Retail Healthcare in Emerging Markets. Previously, he co-founded Redbird Health Tech (2017-2022), which raised $1.5M in seed funding and expanded access to rapid medical testing across 400+ pharmacies in Ghana. The company was recognized as a Skoll Venture Award 2017 runner-up. His career spans monitoring and evaluation roles at PATH (2013-2017) and URC-CHS (2012-2013), as well as consulting through Hanover Green Consulting (2010-2019). During COVID-19, he adapted Redbird's platform to track the pandemic's spread in Ghana.
