Anne Merienne

Anne Merienne is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with 16+ years of experience across EMEA and APAC regions. She co-founded Afribon in 2012 with her husband Julien Giuge, a food and beverage flavour company that grew to establish five production sites across East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania) and Cameroon. As Founder & CEO, she led the company until its successful acquisition by Kerry Group in 2021. Following the acquisition, she served as Director of Business Development at Kerry from 2021 to 2024. Prior to Afribon, she held roles at au nom de la rose as Business Development Manager in China and UAE, and at Groupe Beaumanoir as Financial Controller. She is an ESCP Europe alumna and CMAP Certified Mediator, currently focusing on mediation and facilitation of transitions through Agosti Conseil.
