Claudia Snyman

Claudia Snyman is an ambitious entrepreneur and operational leader shaping innovation across Africa's tech and fintech sectors. She is the Founder of MyBento, a fintech employee benefits platform, and Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Hepstar, where she played a significant role in creating proprietary technology for travel insurance personalization and ancillary revenue optimization. Previously, she served as COO at Names & Faces (2020-2021) and Kin (2018-2020), and held various roles at Naspers/Kalahari.com. She began her career as a formwork and project engineer at Doka, working on the Greenpoint Stadium project. She earned her MBA from UCT Graduate School of Business in 2012.
