A project management expert with the soul of an engineer, Dewald has always been fascinated by delving into how things work, and how to make them better. Dewald was also made painfully aware of the hassles inherent to providing the same information repeatedly when he became a father. After weeks of filling in the same application form, frustration drove him to ask the question “What if there was an app that allowed me to capture all of my information and, with the tap of a button, send it to whoever required it?” From this question the kernel of a great idea was born. Being the type of person that would love to solve the world’s problems, Dewald co-founded intergreatme to do just that. With over 17 years experience, Dewald specialises in project, programme and execution management, including people change enablement and the Vanguard Methodology. As the company’s COO, he has the perfect opportunity to put these impressive problem solving and implementation skills through their paces.
