I am a passionate HR professional with more than 20 years experience in the FMCG Food Manufacturing industry. My responsibilities includes providing stakeholders -internal and external- support and advice on employee relations, HR Strategy, performance and development programs. Leading the full HR function operationally and strategically, I have been a labour mediator and negotiator ensuring workforce stability through stable industrial relations, dealing with Unions and CCMA cases. I have done talent management and employment equity planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting together with performance management and succession planning for large Food Manufacturing factories with up to 2,500 employees.
