Lance Foxcroft

Lance Foxcroft is the Chief Executive Officer of Italtile Limited, a leading South African manufacturer, franchisor and retailer of ceramic tiles and bathroomware. He assumed the CEO role in January 2022 after serving as CEO-designate from July 2021. Previously, Lance served as CEO of Ceramic Industries, a subsidiary of Italtile, from 2014 to 2021. He joined Ceramic Industries in 2003 and progressed through various senior management positions including factory management, operations management, and deputy CEO. Lance holds a BSc Eng in Physical Metallurgy (Cum Laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BSc Hons in Information Technology from UNISA. He serves on the Social and Ethics Committee at Italtile.
