Luis Verdeja

Luis Verdeja is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in digital business and economics. He currently serves as Partner at Exec Avenue and CEO of Jobartis, Angola's leading job board and recruitment technology platform, which he founded in 2013. With a PhD in International Economics from the University of Nottingham and master's degrees in European Economy and Business Administration, Luis has held senior positions at the European Commission, World Trade Organization, and various international organizations. He previously served as Country Manager for Spain, France, and Belgium at Spotahome, co-founded Educartis, and directed the Digital Business Programme at Universidade Lusíada de Angola. A lecturer at IE University, Luis is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, and specializes in strategic consulting, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
