Matthew is the co-founder & CEO at Voyc. Prior to Voyc, Matthew ran a customer experience agency where he encountered the pain of manually analysing recorded market research interviews. With no solution in sight, he decided to build the first version of Voyc, a platform to help companies monitor and improve their contact centre quality assurance and agent performance.
