Moshe Horowitz

Moshe, Chief Technology Officer, has more than 25 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, networks and energy systems. Moshe has held several engineering and management positions in Motorola Israel's Cellular Infrastructure Division, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa, served as Chief Engineer at Bakcell (Azerbaijan cellular operator) and VP Engineering at Telecosite, an Israeli-based tower management company. From 2003 until 2015 Moshe held positions at the LR Group, an Africa-focused diversified operating company with telecom, infrastructure and other projects, as project manager for Movicel, an Angola cellular operator, COO of the LR Telecom Division, the owner of Cellcom Liberia and Cellcom Guinea (cellular operators), and Chief Engineer of LR Renewable Energy with a special focus on Photo Voltaic systems. Moshe holds a B.Sc. Electronic Engineering degree (1986) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
