Over 20 years of experience, I have acquired certain skills in leading and monitoring projects, and also in creating, organizing and managing teams. After the creation of Omnium Systems (15 employees when it was bought) I joined Ippon where I organized the Nantes agency into Mobility Service Centers and Portals. In this position, I recruited, coached and encouraged our engineers.
