Robert Khoury

Robert Khoury is a business executive with extensive experience in Sierra Leone's telecommunications and automotive sectors. He served as CEO of Africell Sierra Leone from at least 2007 to 2011, where he led significant expansion of mobile telecommunications coverage and founded the Sierra Leone GSM Operators Association. In June 2011, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by President Ernest Bai Koroma for his contributions to the telecommunications industry. Since September 2011, he has been CEO of Cerra Services, a leading automotive center and Nissan distributor in Freetown, offering vehicle sales, rental, leasing, and repair services. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership from American University of Beirut.
