Ryan Dingley

Ryan Dingley is a South African commercial attorney and entrepreneur who founded DML Law in 2008 and co-founded iono.fm, an online audio platform for podcasting and radio live-streaming. He has extensive experience in the ICT sector and commercial technology transactions, having previously worked as a Commercial Attorney at MiX Telematics and as a Public Sector Consultant. Ryan holds a BA in Economics and Private Law, an LLB, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business. He was admitted as an attorney in 1999 and as a notary and conveyancer in 2004. His expertise spans commercial contracts, information and ICT law, competition law, consumer law, mergers and acquisitions, and advising new businesses from seed capital to venture capital scale-up.
