Titilayo Taiwo is a social entrepreneur and the Co-founder of the Africa leading online Freelance marketplace, TERAWORK. TERAWORK is helping talent in Africa especially women break free of traditional time and place boundaries and work anytime, anywhere on projects they love. Equally, it enables SMEs hire vetted talent on-demand, which is faster and cost effective. Building from ground up with two male Co -founders, since launch TERAWORK has worked with several businesses and has successfully assisted over 2,000 to save time/money and avoid frustration of working with non-competent talent. I am passionate about Youth empowerment and committed to building better tools to help people work together more effectively
